Hamburg, 24 May 2019. The Teaching Working Group of the SMITH Consortium held a workshop on 24 May 2019. Representatives and experts from the MII consortia SMITH, DIFUTURE, HiGHmed and MIRACUM, discussed the current state of the Biomedical and Health Informatics (BMHI) learning objectives catalog.
There was a consensus that the transfer of the catalog to different disciplines is a challenge. However, it was also thought that the catalog can be used as a tool, and that broader agreement on the catalog is the next step. As part of further consortia cooperation, a workshop is planned during the GMDS Annual Conference in Dortmund in September.
