International planning workshop on 26 October 2020

26/10/2020. As an introduction to the European dialogue, speakers from Finland, France, Portugal and Germany presented their national strategies for the secondary use of health data for medical research at an online workshop held within the framework of the Medical Informatics Initiative (MII) of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).

A follow-up face-to-face workshop is to take place in spring 2021. In preparation for this workshop, ideas for key topics and formats were collected in the discussion and common challenges and possible solutions were addressed.
