Modules for minor project-related additions to the Broad Consent

The following additional modules were not developed by the Consent Working Group of the Medical Informatics Initiative (MII), but by projects or institutions, in order to be used together with the MII consent documents. The additional modules have been coordinated with the Consent Working Group and the National Steering Committee of the MII in accordance with the framework conditions set out in section 4.7 of the current handout (in German) on consent documents and are available here. As a rule, they can only be used in agreement with the project or institution that developed the additional module.
